HOW DOES IT WORK
Day Before
We will contact you 24 hours before the move day to confirm the time and see if there any questions left. Then, you can take your time to organize the last things and prepare your “Do not forget” list.
Move Day
The driver will call/ message you 30 minutes before the Ymoving team is arriving. From the moment they are there, you do not have anything to worry about, let them do their job.
After Move
After the team finishes the move, they will confirm that everything is in place as you need it. Thirty minutes after they leave, you will get another call to ask for your feedback and review, so we can always keep improving our services.
